Proteus™ LSG HDPE

Selected pre-assessments available on resin and stock shapes related to standards for up to up to 24 hours body or tissue contact under USP Class VI and/or ISO 10993, and related to wetted contact in bioprocessing. Low extractables and leaching and low moisture absorption. Great chemical resistance, excellent impact resistance and good tensile strength. Great candidate for applications in bioreactors, chromatography and filtration.

Proteus™ LSG HP PP-H

Stock shapes have selected pre-assessments available related to wetted contact applications. Additional resin filtration for especially high purity. Low levels of extractables and leachables, essentially zero moisture absorption. Excellent resistance to chemical cleaning agents.

Proteus™ LSG HS PP-H

Selected pre-assessments available for resin and stock shapes related to non-body contact medical applications. Additional resin filtration for especially high purity. Higher heat deflection temperature and dimensional stability than standard PP-H materials, zero moisture absorption. Highly resistant to repeated autoclaving, chemical disinfectants and solvents.

Pyrofil™

Pyrofil® carbon fiber delivers high strength and stiffness for lightweight, high-performance medical components. Excellent fatigue resistance and dimensional stability, supporting precision and repeat-use medical applications. Suitable for selected medical sterilization methods when used in validated composite systems.

Silanes

Formulated into coatings, membranes, cured rubbers, and adhesives. Viscosities ranging from 0.65 to 2,500,000 cSt. Portfolio includes catalysts, crosslinkers, and additives.

SoarnoL™ EVOH

Delivers exceptional oxygen and gas barrier performance often selected for medical packaging and device protection. Excellent clarity, processability, and chemical resistance, supporting sensitive healthcare applications. Available in grades compliant with selected FDA food-contact regulations.

Sultron™ LSG PPSU

Selected pre-assessments available on resin and stock shapes related to standards for up to 24 hours body or tissue contact under USP Class VI and/or ISO 10993. Unfilled Radel™ PPSU base. Superior ductility and hydrolysis resistance for autoclaving and hot washing.

Sultron™ LSG PSU

Selected pre-assessments available on resin and stock shapes related to standards for up to up to 24 hours body or tissue contact under USP Class VI and/or ISO 10993. Unfilled ULTEM™ PSU base. Sterilizable via steam, dry heat, EtO, plasma and gamma and X-ray irradiation. Good hydrolysis resistance, great mechanical, thermal, electrical and visual transparency properties.

Zeniva® PEEK

Selected pre-assessments available on resin and stock shapes related to standards for long term implants under ASTM F648 and/or ISO 9001 and ISO 13485). High strength and advanced stiffness with extreme toughness and reliability often selected for structural, load-bearing implantable medical devices. Excellent fatigue and creep resistance and exceptional dimensional stability under continuous strain and repeat loading. Radiolucent properties for essentially interference-free X-ray and CT scanning procedures.
