Altron™ LSG PC

Chirulen® UHMW-PE

Selected pre-assessments available on resin and stock shapes related to standards for long term implants under ASTM F648 and/or ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Compression molding grade UHMW-PE blended with Vitamin E antioxidant often selected for extended-life orthopedic UHMW-PE implants. Customizable crosslinking methods with Gamma, E-Beam and X-Ray potentials to meet customer applications’ requirements. Exceptionally high impact strength, high energy absorption capacity, excellent wear resistant and low coefficient of friction.

ChronoFlex™ AL

Low modulus of elasticity. Hardness range from 70 Shore A to 70 Shore D. Often selected for short and long-term implantable devices.

ChronoFlex™ AR

Inherent low-tack property for pulsatile flow in-situ. Wide range of viscosity/concentration configurations based on specific requirements. Low Thrombogenicity.

ChronoFlex™ AR-LT

Customer applications include artificial heart diagrams, vascular grafts, and other medical coatings.

ChronoFlex™ C

Often selected for short and long-term implantable devices. Hardness ranging from 75 Shore A to 75 Shore D. Tailored to meet mechanical specifications.

ChronoFlex™ S

Unique formulation does not require plasticizers or processing oils. Reduced risk of blooming/elution and hardening over time. Softest thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) available at 60 A Shore hardness.

ChronoPrene™

Easy molding, high flow substitute for rubber, latex, and silicone. Hardness range from 5 Shore A to 75 Shore A. Superior elasticity with no added Phthalate.

ChronoSil™

Synthesized to provide targeted mechanical properties and enhanced resistance to Environmental Stress Cracking (ESC). Hardness ranging from 75 Shore A to 75 Shore D. Often selected for short and long-term implantable devices.

ChronoThane™ P

High impact resistance and strong tear strength. Hardness ranging from 75 Shore A to 75 Shore D. Highly consistent elastomeric performance.

ChronoThane™ T

Tailored to meet specific Melt Flow Index ranges. Hardness ranging from 70 Shore A to 70 Shore D. Ease of manufacturability and can be processed using conventional extrusion or injection molding equipment.

Colacryl®

Controlled particle sizes. Offers mechanical performance with low rates of fatigue. Supports a broad range of curing options.

DIALEAD™

DIALED™ carbon fiber delivers high strength and stiffness often selected for lightweight, precision medical components. Excellent fatigue performance, dimensional stability and thermal conductivity often selected for demanding, repeat-use medical applications. Compatible with selected medical sterilization methods, depending on resin system and processing conditions.

Duratron™ LSG PEI

Selected pre-assessments available on resin and stock shapes related to standards for up to up to 24 hours body or tissue contact under USP Class VI and/or ISO 10993. Unfilled ULTEM™ PEI base. Excellent sterilization resistance (steam, dry heat, EtO, plasma, gamma, and X-ray). Excellent mechanical, thermal, electrical and dimensional properties.

Customizable to meet specific application needs. High optical transparency and UV resistance. Ability to bond to a variety of substrates.

ExSil™ Silicones
